Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a polite and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, handling inquiries with a professional telephone manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other general office administration tasks as needed.
- Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
