Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the executive calendar.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and document filing.
- Support administrative staff with various office projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
