- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phones with a friendly demeanor, screen calls, and route them to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage the front desk area, and assist with basic data entry and filing.
- Scheduling: Manage the calendar for department heads, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room usage.
- Customer Service: Resolve visitor inquiries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business or administration is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is highly desirable.
