What You Will Do:
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with a polite and efficient telephone manner.
- Handle email correspondence and route messages to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for senior management.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or GED required; certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
