Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professional email correspondence
- Greet/assist visitors and clients with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate conference room bookings and office equipment scheduling
- Maintain reception area appearance and office supply inventory
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and document management
- Coordinate mail/package deliveries and vendor communications
- Assist with light administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scheduling)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
