Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and message accuracy
- Greet visitors with professional demeanor and coordinate badge access
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Schedule meetings and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate office events and maintain common area presentation standards
- Support HR onboarding with new hire paperwork orientation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
