- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail processing
- Coordinate weekend meeting logistics including room setup, equipment preparation, and catering arrangements
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure accurate document organization
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement requests
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks including expense report processing and invoice tracking
- Collaborate with remote team members via video conferencing and digital platforms
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of office administration or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
