Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, manage the reception area, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Communication Hub: Answer and screen incoming calls with a professional demeanor; take accurate messages and relay information promptly.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage internal calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room availability.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute packages, and perform basic data entry tasks.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors with directions and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in administrative services is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional front-desk or administrative experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
