Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors professionally, answer incoming calls, and route them to the appropriate person or department.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently; coordinate with couriers for outgoing deliveries.
- Office Administration: Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment; manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings using digital calendar tools.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks, update customer records, and maintain filing systems both digital and physical.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and employee onboarding activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certificate in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
