Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally, screen them, and take accurate messages or route calls to the correct extension.
- Mail and Package Handling: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying to support office operations.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar to ensure optimal time management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, answering basic inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
