Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely fashion.
- Manage the front desk, including signing for packages and maintaining the lobby area.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for the office.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Qualifications
