Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Greet and assist guests, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with attention to detail.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior receptionist experience necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required for local errands.
