- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm demeanor, directing them appropriately and answering multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining an organized office environment.
- Communication: Relay messages and coordinate internal communication effectively.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and manage the calendar for the executive team.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications
