Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal documents and reports.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.

Qualifications
