- Accurate Data Entry: Process and input customer information, sales records, and inventory data into our CRM and databases with 100% accuracy.
- Record Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Communication Support: Manage email correspondence and screen phone calls during weekend business hours.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the weekend team.
- Reporting: Compile weekly data reports and prepare spreadsheets for management review.
- Office Operations: Maintain the weekend workspace, including restocking supplies and basic facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential) and Google Workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
