- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Office Operations: Manage incoming mail, handle incoming calls, and order office supplies to maintain a productive work environment.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings, including venue selection and catering arrangements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
