Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out
- Answer multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain digital calendars
- Process patient registrations and update electronic health records
- Coordinate with clinical staff for seamless patient flow
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
- Maintain clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
