Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Visitor Management: Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional demeanor; handle check-in procedures and sign visitors in.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate staff members.
- Mail & Delivery: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory and order necessary supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
