Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the front desk, including answering multi-line phone systems, routing calls, and taking accurate messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and courier services, with precision.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with event coordination and light office organization to ensure a tidy and productive workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings if necessary.
