Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing our company with a professional and friendly demeanor. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while maintaining professionalism.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general office administration tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
