Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Provide a warm welcome to all guests, clients, and employees, ensuring they feel comfortable and directed appropriately.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with professionalism; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage the front desk area, and perform basic data entry tasks.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from the public or employees in a polite and efficient manner.
- Event Coordination: Support basic office events and meetings, including setting up meeting rooms.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
