Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors professionally; manage a multi-line phone system and screen incoming calls.
- Data Entry Operations: Input and verify data into company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Mail & Communication: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages; handle inter-departmental communications.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive staff.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Inventory Support: Assist with basic office supply inventory and requisitioning.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Typing: Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with excellent accuracy.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work, Monday through Friday.
