Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or staff member professionally.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including updating client databases, entering invoices, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages to the correct departments.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials and take detailed minutes when required.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed (40+ WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced Atlanta office environment.
