Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure records are easily accessible.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, including emails and memos.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate spreadsheets and databases.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
- Support the administrative team with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
