In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and employees, ensuring smooth operations through accurate data entry and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input, verify, and maintain confidential data in various databases and spreadsheets (Excel).
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer a multi-line phone system professionally, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Mail & Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; respond to routine emails and correspondence.
- Filing & Organization: Maintain an organized filing system for physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Inventory Support: Assist with basic inventory counts and office supply management as needed.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry and/or front desk reception.
- Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with high attention to detail.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office setting.
