Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them appropriately and managing the reception area to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls with efficiency; take accurate messages and handle inquiries professionally.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with data entry and filing tasks.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with building management, couriers, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative support role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with phone systems and scheduling software.
