Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression for all clients and guests.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently; take accurate messages and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Scheduling: Manage the executive calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate conference room bookings, and send out calendar invites.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the correct departments in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors with directions and provide information about the company to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: High standard of personal presentation and professional conduct.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
