Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently to ensure no client is left on hold.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our digital management systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate, up-to-date digital records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Process payments and handle minor front-office accounting tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (e.g., Modernizing Medical).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy setting.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable personality.
