Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and routing calls efficiently.
- Screen and direct incoming emails and correspondence to the appropriate department.
- Manage office inventory, restock supplies, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for management staff using digital calendar tools.
- Assist in organizing company events and maintaining a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
