Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, direct inquiries appropriately, and manage the switchboard efficiently.
- Data Entry & Administration: Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, maintaining up-to-date databases and digital records.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone, email, and fax in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, letters, and reports as required.
- Office Organization: Maintain a tidy reception area and manage the organization of physical and digital filing systems.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for management staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
