Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and warm demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Manage the front desk operations, including managing mail, packages, and office supplies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and filing to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, busy office environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
