Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting guests, visitors, and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Qualifications
