Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and courier services.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Assist with event coordination and office event logistics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional front-desk experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Must be available for full-time hours (40 hours/week).
