Responsibilities
- Reception Duties: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and greet visitors with a warm welcome, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Document Management: Sort, scan, and file physical and digital documents to ensure our records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Communication: Draft and distribute emails, memos, and internal communications to keep the team aligned.
- Support Operations: Assist with basic data entry, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff when needed.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the common areas, restock office supplies, and manage inventory.
- Customer Service: Provide general assistance to clients and employees, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for a eager-to-learn attitude.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel).
