- Front Desk Management: Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, verify patient information, and send confirmation reminders.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Visitor Management: Sign in guests, issue visitor badges, and coordinate meeting spaces as needed.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
