Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming at all times.
- Greet visitors and clients professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar for executives.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
