Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and database systems with 99%+ precision
- Manage and maintain digital filing systems for departmental records
- Coordinate office calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
- Prepare and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientations

Qualifications
