Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide general information to callers and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
