Responsibilities
- Greet and Direct: Welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or waiting areas.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone systems with a friendly demeanor, screen calls, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle front desk duties including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining the reception area.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate records and databases using office software.
- Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers and answer general inquiries regarding company services.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.
