Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry into various databases and spreadsheets with 100% accuracy.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
- Compose, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, emails, and memos.
- Handle incoming calls, screen visitors, and route inquiries appropriately to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and expense reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional typing speed and data entry accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a busy office setting.
