Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors entering the office.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a polite and efficient manner; take detailed messages when necessary.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and send confirmations to ensure smooth operations.
- Mail and Packages: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and organized fashion.
- Office Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Demeanor: A positive attitude, high energy, and a professional appearance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
