Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, manage the reception area, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and company data into databases and CRM systems with a high degree of precision and speed.
- Phone Support: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner; take detailed messages when necessary.
- Mail and Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle outgoing correspondence and faxes.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference room availability.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and assist other departments with general clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a corporate or government-facing environment.
- Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Software: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional telephone etiquette.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
