Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally, managing the reception area to ensure a tidy and organized environment.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails efficiently, handling inquiries with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Manage the front desk schedule, including calendar management and meeting room bookings.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and expense report preparation.
- Provide directions to visitors and coordinate access to building security as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-office role.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
