Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Manage the front desk operations, including receiving and sorting mail.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars, and schedule appointments.
- Assist with basic data entry and maintaining accurate office records.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
