Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and routing communications
- Coordinate client appointments and maintain accurate scheduling calendars
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation

Qualifications
