Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for executives and team members using digital calendars.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing meeting materials.
- Process invoices and handle expense reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with phone systems and scheduling software is a plus.
