Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department immediately.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages promptly to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar accurately.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying as needed.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
