Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and voicemail management
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99%+ accuracy for client records and inventory updates
- Coordinate visitor reception, including badge issuance and meeting room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork digitization
- Support office operations through supply inventory management and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist experience in professional office environment
- Proven data entry proficiency (10,000+ keystrokes/hour preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with polished phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
