Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and screen incoming calls with a professional, welcoming tone.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare materials.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Office Support is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
