Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a professional and warm demeanor.
- Communication Hub: Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals in a timely manner.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, distribute packages, and perform general clerical duties as needed.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
